InstaBin2 Water Drop Test
This is the InstaBin2 in action! We dropped the bin 5 times! We could not make the bin fail. The weight of the water is around 2200 lbs. If you will notice there are no belly bands on this bin! This video shows how much weight and stress the InstaBin2 can take! You can depend on the InstaBin2 to hold up to the abuse that your product puts on your bins.
InstaBin2 Motion Test
This is the InstaBin2 showing how well the bin can take the stress of fluid motion in the bin. This is the same bin that is being used in the drop video. We are stopping the forklift to see if the InstaBin2 can take the internal forces of the water trying to push out the sides of the bin. The InstaBin2 passes with flying colors! You can depend on the InstaBin2 to take whatever abuse you can dish out.
The InstaBin5 is designed to replace the standard box that requires tape or staples to hold the bottom of the box together. IDCI has three different designs for the InstaBin5:

Mag-Core 3
The Mag-Core 3 corrugated pallet by IDCI is one of the best corrugated pallets in the industry. The Mag-Core 3 is durable, lightweight, and can reduce overall cost. The Mag-Core 3 has been tested in the lab to withstand over 36,000 lbs of static pressure.

Mag-Core 4
The Mag-Core 4 is a corrugated pallet tray with a full size box that folds down into the pallet tray. A cover is provided so that you have a complete package when the pallet is delivered. All you have to do is take the cover off, pull up the box, and when you are finished filling the box, place the cover back. This creates a sturdy and lightweight package saving both time and money for your business. And because the Mag-Core 4 is so durable, the unit can be reused.
